Update: This AMBER Alert has been inactivated by the Little Rock Police Department.
The Arkansas State Police have issued an AMBER Alert for Elijah Jackson-Wayne Everett, a 3-day-old infant male missing from Little Rock.
Police say Elijah is suspected to be with Jessica Leona Keltner, a 38-year-old white female, 5-foot-7-inches tall, with dyed brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, and was seen leaving in a red four-door car (unknown make or model) with damage and stickers on the rear bumper. The driver was a black male, slim build, approximately 6-foot-4-inches tall, wearing a red shirt with a Afro hair style.
Police also say the infant will have jaundice, a yellowish discoloration of the skin and white part of the eyes.
